We grind, polish, seal, and repair existing concrete slabs. From a budget-friendly grind & seal to a full mirror-grade mechanical polish — every option is performed in-house, never subcontracted.
Mechanical Polishing
Diamond-honed cream, salt & pepper, and full aggregate exposure from 30 to 3000 grit.
Grind & Seal
A fast, cost-effective finish — ground to expose the chosen profile, then sealed with a topical coating.
Densification & Sealing
Lithium silicate hardening and penetrating guards for abrasion and stain resistance.
Slab Repair & Restoration
Crack routing, polyurea joint fill, and re-leveling of damaged or aged slabs.

Hardness, moisture, and aggregate testing on your existing slab.

Mock-up
A real 1.2 × 1.2 m sample polished on your floor — approve the actual finish.

Prep & Repair
Cracks routed, joints filled with semi-rigid polyurea, coatings removed.

Grind, Hone & Seal
Diamond passes 30–3000 grit, densified and protected to the chosen specification.
